RUM PUNCH

Did you know Barbados is the birthplace of rum?  The first reference to rum dates back to the 1650’s when it was called “Kill-Devil” by the Barbadian plantation workers who first experimented with fermenting molasses into alcohol.

You’ll never be lost for the famous rum punch recipe with this local sing-song:
1 of sour, 2 of sweet, 3 of strong and 4 of weak.  A dash of bitters and sprinkle of spice, stir up well and serve with ice.
